I must congratulate them for continuing their tradition of high quality care and outstanding customer service. Dr Patel was very kind and assured me that he would get my crown taken of quickly and without pain. I had it done 6 years ago by a different dentist. It didbt fit right and food was getting stuck under the crown. The crown didn't go all the way down over the teeth that was under it. So food was getting under the big gap that was left there. As soon as Dr. Patel saw it at my cleaning appointment he told me we had to get it fixed so it doesn't keep happening. He did an excellent job. I'm very pleased with the fix. A temporary crown was placed on my teeth for now. Permanent crown is getting redone so it can fit on my teeth properly. My hygienist was also awesome. Listen… I’m not getting paid for this review or nothing. 😂 This is genuinely from my heart. When I first walked into Hinesville Dentistry, baby… my mouth was TORE DOWN. 😂 Cavities, cracked teeth, pieces of teeth missing, toothaches that would have my whole head hurting… it was bad. I had put off going to the dentist for so long because I kept stressing about how much everything was going to cost. I’m not even from Hinesville, so I asked around for recommendations, and thank God somebody pointed me to Hinesville Dentistry. From the very first visit, I knew I was in the right place. The technology they use is amazing, the office is clean, and everybody from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentist treats you like family. Not the fake “customer service” kind either… they genuinely care about you. What I love the most is that the dentist actually sits down and talks to you. He explains everything, answers every question, and gives you different treatment options instead of making you feel like you have to do the most expensive thing. He wants you to understand what’s going on and helps you come up with a plan that actually works for YOU. Y’all… I walked in thinking I was about to lose an arm and a leg getting my mouth fixed. 😂 Turns out it wasn’t nearly as bad as I had built it up in my head. They worked with me, helped me come up with a treatment plan, and now I’m finally getting the smile I’ve been dreaming about. And can we talk about their in-house membership plan for a second? Because if you don’t have dental insurance, DON’T let that stop you. They have an affordable membership that includes your cleanings, exam, and discounts on a lot of dental work. So instead of feeling like you have to come up with all the money at once, you can get started, make a plan, and work on your smile little by little. I wish I had known about it sooner! One thing that really stood out to me was that the dentist could tell I wasn’t happy with a dental decision I MADE during treatment and he addressed it before I even said anything. 😂 He actually listened to me, understood what I wanted, and helped me figure out a better option. That meant a lot because it showed me he cares about his patients not just our teeth. Every visit, they’re checking to make sure you’re comfortable, asking if you’re okay, making sure you’re not in pain, and explaining everything they’re doing. That kind of care is hard to find these days. If you’ve been putting off going to the dentist because you’re embarrassed about your teeth, nervous, or worried about the cost… PLEASE don’t let that stop you. I know exactly how that feels because that was me. These people are literally helping me get my dream smile, and I couldn’t be more thankful. Thank y’all to the entire Hinesville Dentistry team. My first visit to the office could not have been more efficient, pleasant, or timely! Making the appointment was seamless, and I was in office pretty quickly. I was so warmly welcomed and every professional that I came in contact with, was exceptional - communicative, friendly, smiling face, and highly knowledgeable! No attitudes, no feelings of being an inconvenience here, excellent customer service. Dr. Patel listened to me, genuinely listened to me, honored my input as a patient, and very clearly outlined a thorough treatment plan for me that I look forward to completing under his care. Although this was my first time meeting Dr. Patel, I felt as if he’s been my dentist for years already. All the stars!!!
